Sometimes everyday carry means more than what you can put in your pockets.

Introducing the Hell Gap; our first fixed blade knife. Named after the Hell Gap arrowhead found in Platte County, Wyoming, the Hell Gap is a rugged workhorse, like the land of its namesake. Built around an s35vn steel blade and canvas Micarta scales, it’s a cutting polymath; built to be capable of doing work ranging from digging roots in the backyard to dicing onions for your camp breakfast burrito.

A Backcountry Essential

The Hellgap covers all of my needs on a backcountry trip. Whether it be cutting food, shaving off some kindling to start a fire or for protection, its a reliable tool and seems like it should last forever.

Nice tool

Nice tool. Good for digging, gardening, chopping small wood, hunting/fishing tool, self defense. It is small as a slicing/dicing/cooking knife. It is strong, balanced, easy to handle. It needs frequent sharpenning. It comes with a combination of sheath/scabbard that doesn't make sense. A small plastic scabbard protects the sharp edge, then everything goes into a big nylon sheath that seems for keeping pliers or screwdrivers. No quick drawing of the knife is possible, if necessary. I expected more, given the advertising diffused and price. I would reccomend it but at a lower price and with a real scabbard.
