The classic pocket-knife, reimagined.
If carrying a knife on your hip is a fire-able offense, then this is the knife for you. A single straight blade gives you the cutting ability you need in a slim, modern form.
I really love my County folding knife! It’s exactly what I was looking for - a classic pocket knife for all occasions.
My Father LOVES it
I bought my 77 year old dad “the county” knife.
He has always been a pocket knife kind of man, uses them for everything. He says it’s the perfect shape for the pocket, the blade shape is the best for multi use and he was thrilled with how sharp the knife is. He’s pretty particular about a pocket knife, this one impressed him.
Awesome little knife
It's a perfect little size. Feels great in the hand, with a nice weight and heft, especially for it's size. The materials are beautiful, especially the brown wood. The only downside being there is no real locking mechanism, so be a little careful. Almost a perfect knife, great for a desk or pocket.
My father gave me this knife as a gift on my wedding day. He has gifted me many knives and it is somewhat a family tradition. I have needed a daily driver knife for work and miscellaneous use, and this knife delivers. It is small, but has a great blade and the shape is actually very convenient for varied use. The wood work is fantastic and the blade is very well machined and came lubricated. The wooden case was a nice addition and the felt sheath was also an unexpected bonus, although I would have liked the sheath to have a belt loop. All in all, this is a fantastic knife and is one of my favorite pieces of all time. I'm eager to pass this knife down from generation to generation.
Well Made Classic
For me this knife checked all the boxes - A pocket knife simple and true.
Im something of a materials ‘snob’ — I prefer natural materials for their feel, and their aesthetic.
Further to that, the action is well engineered. It’s well constructed, and sits comfortably in the hand and the pocket.
It seems to me the people of James brand knives knew what they were setting out to achieve here. And I’d say they hit the sweet spot, and I for one am grateful for their efforts!
