the Ellis
the Ellis
Our daily workhorse, reimagined.
We’ve redesigned the Ellis from the ground up, based on feedback from you, our customers. First off, we’ve added our very first scissors, which makes the Ellis supremely versatile. If you can’t cut it with the Ellis's knife blade, you can almost assuredly cut it with scissors. We have also updated the construction of the Ellis into a slip-joint design to make it easier to use. The new Ellis also features a new deep-carry wire clip as well as our “All-Things”® scraper, flat-head screwdriver and pry tool. The Ellis is built around a partially-serrated Swedish Sandvik 12C27 stainless-steel blade and is available in three different scale options. It will immediately become your daily multi-tool of choice.
Perfect EDC
Perfect size, weight, and limited tool set. I’ve been looking for this exact knife for years. They perfected the Ellis with the revamp. Well done.

Perfect EDC for NYC
Love the convenience of the small form factor and the scissor addition is super convenient.
Great EDC
Whenever I chose an EDC knife, there was always something I wanted to change- eliminate tools I did not use regularly, put a more useful scissor on it, or change the knife blade to a more useful size. I saw this combination and ordered it that day. Excellent quality.
Great EDC Pocket Knife
This is my first TJB product. Picked the Ellis because I liked the tool selection and its overall shape and design. Chose the black and stainless with a straight blade. I like this knife a lot. It will definitely be in my EDC rotation and I recommend it. Great size and appears to be very well constructed. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but I did this time. I also want to say the Ellis has one of the best scissors I’ve seen in this size knife. I will definitely consider more TJB products in the future. I wasn’t that familiar with TJB until recently as I’ve been seeing them more on YouTube and in various EDC related email newsletters that I’ve subscribed to. So far I really like my first purchase of the Ellis.
